Welcome to Lotus Life Counselling. I work mainly with women in midlife who are navigating the challenges of a broken marriage, betrayal, or financial and emotional abuse. These experiences often leave them feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, and disconnected from who they once were. I provide my clients a safe and compassionate space to share their stories, rebuild their confidence, and rediscover their inner strength. Together, we focus on finding stability, reclaiming their identity, and taking meaningful steps toward a future filled with purpose, hope, and a renewed sense of self.

I understand how life’s challenges can shake your confidence and leave you feeling alone. As a counsellor and someone who’s been there, I provide a compassionate space where you can heal and grow. Through telehealth or walk-and-talk sessions, I’ll help you find your footing and move forward with strength.
