My practice includes EMDR Trauma therapy and regular Counselling & Psychotherapy at my practice in Bondi Junction. I also practice Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. I provide flexibility for client's who may need short term support around a particular issue or client's who prefer longer term deeper psychotherapy support. Either F2F, online or telephone. I strive to support clients in living the best life they have imagined. Helping them to heal, recognise their strengths, connect to their authentic selves and empowering them to discover their own solutions & become their own self-advocate. I believe in my clients.
The challenges I have faced throughout my own life allow me to connect unconditionally and want to understand the experiences of others. It is a privilege for me to be involved in building a trusting and collaborative relationship with my clients.
