Hi, I'm Lola and I work with adults and adolescents in this space. The thing that drew me to this work (and still does) is a genuine interest in people. What shapes us, what keeps us stuck, and what becomes possible when we start to understand ourselves a little more clearly.
A lot of what I see in my practice involves anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, trauma, emotion regulation, and life changes. Much of it also involves relationships, the patterns that repeat across friendships, family, and romantic partnerships, and the longer-standing ways of being that can feel hard to shift even when we know they're not working.
My approach is psychodynamic at its core. I'm interested in the deeper why behind what people bring to therapy. I weave in CBT, ACT, DBT, Mindfulness, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy, tailoring the work to each person. I'm also currently in further training in Transference-Focused Psychotherapy.
