I am a psychotherapist and counsellor offering therapy for individuals and couples seeking deeper self-understanding, more fulfilling relationships, and meaningful change. My work is grounded in relational, psychodynamic, and embodied approaches, with particular interests in attachment, shame, grief, intimacy, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and relational patterns. I work with people navigating life transitions, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, hypervigilance, self-worth struggles, and the lingering impacts of trauma or early relational experiences.
I aim to offer a space where complexity, vulnerability, and emotional honesty can be met with curiosity and care rather than judgement. Together we explore the unconscious patterns, protective adaptations, and emotional dynamics that may be shaping your inner world and relationships.
I believe many symptoms are not signs of personal failure, but meaningful responses shaped through our relationships, histories, bodies, and the broader pressures of modern life. Therapy can create space to slow down, deepen self-awareness, reconnect with disowned parts of self, and move toward greater emotional resilience, authenticity, and connection.
