Hi there, I'm Liz, a Registered Counsellor with experience supporting individuals who have previously felt unseen, misunderstood, or dismissed. I have a lived experience of chronic illness and complex grief. I know firsthand what it's like to navigate systems that weren't built for you, have people deny your reality and how transformative it can be to finally feel seen. Counselling with me is present-focused and led with compassion & curiosity. Together, we can create a space for you to reflect and reconnect with who you are and untangle any thoughts, feelings or beliefs that no longer serve you.
I specialise in supporting people previously let down by systems, those struggling with grief, trauma, emotional reactivity or difficult life transitions. I operate from a lens that is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, non-pathologising and client-centred. I am LGBTQIA+ inclusive and practice with cultural sensitivity.
If you’re ready to feel more at home in yourself, I’d love to support you. Please contact me via email or book through my website to organise a free consultation by phone, video or text (whichever suits you) to see if I am a good fit for your needs right now.
Thanks for flying by!
