Liz has 20 years of experience assisting many people from all walks of life, with diverse issues including anxiety, depression and stress. Liz has helped people plan and implement changes in their work and personal lives, to more closely align with their interests, beliefs, giftings, values and personality.
Before setting up her private practice in 2002, Liz Bamford completed a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management and Marketing) and worked in the corporate banking field. Liz has also worked in the retail and hospitality sectors, as well as lecturing and tutoring at TAFE.
Liz is a friendly and experienced Psychologist, and welcomes, accepts and respects people from all backgrounds. Liz’s integrative approach to therapy provides an option to combine evidence-based psychological practice with a Christian perspective (when requested).
