I am currently accepting new clients. I am a warm and non judgemental psychologist who helps clients create meaningful change and action in their lives. I have particular interests in helping clients navigate difficulties with anxiety, stress, self-esteem, depression, transitions, and individual learning needs. I work with school-aged children (aged 8+) and adults.
My goal is to help clients lead a values-centred life. I uses evidence-based therapeutic strategies such to help clients identify their values and find ways to live congruently and meaningfully. I also provide cognitive and educational assessments to diagnose and support individual learning needs.
Each client brings their own individual needs and preferences, and each psychologist has their own style and skill set. I like to meet briefly with clients before starting therapy to see if we are the right fit for working together in order achieve your goals.
