With 30+ years of clinical experience, I specialise in the area of trauma, PTSD, helping professional helpers and workplace wellness. I utilise evidence-based interventions and focused psychological strategies including but not limited to CBT, prolonged exposure therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing Therapy) in my practice.
