Hi, I'm Lisa. I am passionate about helping my clients recognise their strengths, embrace uniqueness, and take meaningful steps toward improved well-being. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported, so building a warm, trusting, and collaborative relationship from the outset is a priority. I believe our differences as humans are to be celebrated and adapt my approach to suit my clients' unique brain and life circumstances. I support those experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, work and parenting stress, life transitions, self-esteem issues, perfectionism and relationship concerns.
I have two special interests - women's mental health and all neurodivergent clients. I have completed specialised training in supporting ADHD and and autistic individuals and also training specifically aligned with women's mental health concerns, including women's life transitions and perinatal training (prior to birth - 1 year post partum).
Drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Self-Compassion Focused Therapy (SCFT), I tailor therapy to your individual goals. Together, we can focus on strengths-based strategies to build resilience, confidence, and sustainable growth - at a pace that feels right for you.
