I specialise in supporting individual adults over 25, both online and in person in Melbourne, with Complex PTSD/Relational Trauma, ADHD, Autism but am not limited to these issues. Having someone non judgmental truly listen and understand your experience can be a huge relief. However, the way I work involves more than just talking and symptom management, I use body-based and nervous system based approaches based on neuroscience that have been shown to create transformational shifts and lasting change.
I work in collaboration with you to tailor therapy based on your goals. With the security of our therapeutic relationship at the foundation, I use an integrative, trauma-informed body-based approach. This includes the Internal Family Systems model, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, Focusing, AEDP and Memory Re-consolidation.
You may be wondering if you can do this by yourself, but we are designed to heal with others. Sometimes we would like to reach out to friends or family but feel unable to do so, this is completely normal.
