As a Clinical Social Worker, I work with people who feel disconnected from their sense of self-worth, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. This can show up in relationship struggles, self-destructive patterns, people-pleasing, emotional dysregulation or numbness. Many clients experience low mood, anxiety, shame, or overwhelm. I support clients to build self-soothing skills, make sense of their experiences, and reconnect with their authentic Self. I work with compassion, honesty, and humour, creating a space that feels safe and grounded. Together, we move toward healing, greater self-trust, and meaningful, lasting change.
I use a variety of modalities and approaches with clients depending on what they need and enjoy. I use evidence based practices and supplement cognitive and solution focused approaches with interpersonal, emotion focused, narrative, and trauma processing approaches where indicated. Directed by your goals we will develop a treatment plan that works for you.
