As a mother of three children under 10, returning to professional work, I am currently offering a 'Back in Practice Rate' of 2 sessions for $150 for limited time.
Blending 25+ years in youth work, mental health, teaching and research, I offer holistic therapy integrating somatic approaches such as Gabor Mate's Compassionate Inquiry; spiritual wisdom and coaching with advanced energy healing; and evidence-based practices for deep exploration beyond symptom management.
Twenty years ago I had everything I should want yet felt empty, burnt out, and addicted, not knowing how to fix it. Then it all fell apart. Eventually I found my way to genuine happiness and fulfilment through diving deeply into my inner terrain through years of exploration and practices. Coming out of an intense parenting phase, I am now ready to share.
