I specialise in relationship counselling, couples counselling, marriage counselling, sex therapy, ADHD and neurodiverse relationships, and infidelity recovery. I’ve worked with more than 30,000 clients and achieved around a 98% success rate over 20+ years in private practice. Whether you are facing miscommunication, ongoing conflict, broken trust, or needing support to rebuild intimacy and sexual connection, I provide clear, practical strategies. Many clients value not only my professional training but also my lived experience of ADHD and neurodiverse relationships, which helps them feel truly understood and supported.

I’m incredibly down-to-earth — there’s not much I haven’t heard, and I remain completely non-judgmental. Everyone deserves compassion and respect in their healing. Alongside this, I bring master’s level qualifications, over 20 years of practice, and lived experience of ADHD, combining these to create a tailor-made treatment plan that works for you.
