NOTE: I am now taking enquiries for clients interested in EMDR for trauma/PTSD. Please email me or contact me through my website. All of my therapy in neuro-affirming and LGBTIQA+ - affirming.
I offer telehealth therapy for ADHD, Neurodivergence, Trauma/ PTSD and/or other mental health issues. I support private, Medicare-rebate and plan/self managed NDIS clients. I believe that a positive relationship is key to change for clients. Importantly, therapy should be engaging and even enjoyable! I trust that with the right strategies, everyone can thrive, and it's my privilege to help them on their path to a more contented life.
I utilise an Integrative, Strength-Based, Trauma-Informed approach which includes Somatic Therapy, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness/Meditation, Schema Therapy and CBT/ACT. I am a strong believer in the power of nature, music and the arts. And the joy of pets! I believe that interventions should be tailored to the needs and interests of each client.
It’s my privilege to listen to the personal stories of clients and I aim to provide a safe and supportive space for clients to work through their issues. I look forward to hearing from you.
