My passion lies in supporting clients to foster a deeper understanding of themselves, promoting growth and meaningful change. I use various therapeutic techniques including attachment theory, internal family systems, family constellations, genograms, somatic therapy and I practice within a trauma informed framework. I have experience working with relationships, trauma, depression, anxiety, life stage changes, grief and loss and addictions or just when you need someone in your corner.
I bring many years of experience both in private practice and treatment centres along with my own personal journey to support clients so that growth can occur, and they can have a deeper understanding of themselves which brings about change and healing.
