| 中文 Hi, I’m an Accredited Social Worker and Counsellor with a strong commitment to supporting individuals on their healing journey. I hold dual Master’s degrees in Social Work and Counselling, and I am an approved counsellor with Victim Services.
I have extensive experience supporting people who have experienced trauma, with a particular focus on domestic violence and sexual assault. I also bring many years of clinical experience working with individuals impacted by mental healt h concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress and complex PTSD etc.
My practice is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing on both counselling and social work frameworks to support the whole person within their unique life context.
I work collaboratively with clients to create a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where they can process experiences, rebuild trust, and reconnect with themselves and others.
