I work with people of all ages and particularly specialize in youth mental health, trauma and psychological concerns arising with medical issues. I am also well versed in the assessment and treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, family of origin concerns, stress management, and emotion dysregulation.
I am a clinical psychologist with experience working with a diverse range of presenting issues across both hospital and community settings. I have had extensive training in therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Imagery Rescripting.
Inclusivity is a key guiding principle in my practice, and I aim to create a nurturing environment where clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and those who identify as LGBTQIA+ can explore their experiences safely.
