Hi there! I'm Lillian, a Psychotherapist supporting people to make peace with their bodies, unlearn diet culture, and move toward lasting recovery. I am passionate about supporting individuals experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. I believe recovery is possible with the right support and am here to walk alongside you in a non-judgmental and supportive way as you move towards a more peaceful relationship with food, your body, and yourself. I also support individuals through anxiety and life transitions, exploring the deeper layers that shape how they think, feel, and relate to the world.
I offer a warm, grounded and compassionate space where you can feel safe to explore what’s going on without fear of judgment. My approach is client-centred, collaborative, HAES aligned, and tailored to your individual needs, with a focus on the therapeutic relationship, building insight, emotional awareness, and practical strategies for meaningful change.
