I am a registered psychologist, experienced working with people across the lifespan in private practice, community health and education settings. I am currently taking new clients aged 12+ for individual therapy working with a range of mental health, socioemotional and behavioural difficulties.
In individual therapy utilise a variety of evidence based approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
Reaching out for support can be daunting, I strive to create a safe, non-judgemental environment and nurturing experience where people can feel motivated, hopeful and excited to make change. I enjoy working with individuals to find the approach works best and support through growth and self-discovery.
