Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. I work with children and adults experiencing anxiety, mood difficulties, trauma, stress, and children with disability. As a bilingual psychologist (English & Mandarin) with over 10 years’ experience, I support culturally diverse clients and families. I provide practical, collaborative support, and our clinic also runs social skills groups for children with disability, facilitated by psychology students under my supervision.
I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs. For children with anxiety, I use the Cool Kids Program. I integrate CBT, ACT and schema therapy to build insight and coping skills, and offer EMDR to support safe and effective trauma processing.
Taking the first step can feel difficult, especially when things have been overwhelming for a while. You don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood, at your own pace.
