I believe that everyone should be able to express and develop strategies in order to become happy individuals. By experiencing this ‘lightbulb’ moment, my clients are able to live their respective lives in which they feel confident, supported and independent.
I aim to guide them on their journey to self-efficacy through the use of many modalities such as: play therapy; CBT, person-centred therapy, narrative therapy. I can assist with various wellbeing needs such as: anxiety (general, separation, school refusal), depression, grief, bullying, behaviour improvement, social skills and managing stress.
I am currently providing counselling and aim to work collaboratively with families, GP's and schools (if applicable) as I believe it facilitates the best outcome for the client.
