About
Sometimes we all need a space to voice our feelings, share our experiences and reflect on how we got to where we are. With over a decade of experience, Gayani uses an individualised and gentle approach to peel back the layers to help find strength, a deeper connection with the world and a greater sense of self.
Gayani is a Clinical Psychologist and the founder of Life Story Psychology. She strives to be not just another therapist and is interested in hearing and understanding each individual’s unique story. She brings a caring, collaborative, committed and clinically informed approach to therapy.
Drawing on motivational techniques, positive psychology, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, she uses a clinically rigorous approach to create awareness and insight, challenge unhelpful thinking and find contentment. “Today you are you, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is youer than you” – Dr Seuss.
