We offer Couples Therapy using the evidence based Emotion Focussed Couples Therapy model. Together with our couples work, we work extensively with those who may be experiencing difficulties with addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, loss, identity, relationship difficulties, motivation, goal setting and focus.
