I am taking new clients for telehealth and Face to Face in Brisbane at Victoria Point. I am a general psychologist with over three decades of experience. I came to therapy with a non-pathologising view of symptoms and behaviour. My view is that the vast majority of symptoms of "mental illness" are an understandable response to various life circumstances. Some deep in our past, some in our present. I am passionate about helping people to heal, grow, and live full lives. You can transform your life. Via telehealth, I can see clients in any location.
I use a variety of approaches and techniques to assist you to cope, manage various difficulties and emotions, communicate better and more. I use a range of powerful techniques to help with trauma and other challenging symptoms. I very much use an organic approach that is tailored to you as an individual, not a one size fits all off-the-shelf approach.
