I am a registered psychologist offering a calm, thoughtful, and compassionate approach to therapy. My work is grounded in creating a space where people feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported at their own pace.
A strong focus is placed on understanding each person’s unique story. Therapy is guided by curiosity, collaboration, and a belief in each person’s capacity for growth and change.
Approaches are evidence-based and tailored to individual needs, supporting greater self-awareness, and a stronger sense of connection both within oneself and with others.
With a particular passion for working with clients experiencing Complex trauma, PTSD, attachment-related difficulties, anxiety, and self-esteem, I utilise evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems, Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and CBT to guide clients toward recovery.
