I am an integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor who aims to help my clients through the integration of evidence-based therapies. With experience in relational issues, childhood sexual abuse, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and many other areas, I aim to work collaboratively with my clients to not just listen or offer advice but to work together towards sustainable change with empathy and compassions of my clients experiences within the world.
While I work with a diverse range of clients I have a strong passion to helping men access therapeutic services in a way that is non-judgmental, safe, and free of embarrassment. Just as athletes need a supportive environment to train and recover, I work hard to create a safe space for my clients to explore their experiences, embrace their vulnerabilities.
I am committed to empowering my clients and guiding them toward their desired goals. Emphasising humanistic approaches to therapy, I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is pivotal to successful therapy.
