I like to help people who are struggling with social anxiety, stress, depression/low mood, existential issues, or trauma-related challenges. It's my goal to offer affordable counselling people who might be overthinking everything, avoiding situations, feeling flat or unmotivated, struggling with confidence, or finding it hard to talk about what’s really going on.
My style is person-centred, grounded, and practical. I use ACT and Buddhism informed tools to help you handle tough thoughts and emotions without getting stuck in them, build psychological flexibility, and move toward the kind of life and relationships you actually want. Sessions are mostly telehealth, and we’ll go at a pace that feels manageable.
If you’re feeling anxious, flat, overwhelmed, or stuck, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
