Psychotherpist and Clinical supervisor, working with individuals, couples, families, and other mental health professionals. Extensive experience working with those impacted by trauma, grief and loss, and significant life changes. Experience includes working in various leadership roles, inclusive of Team leader roles and Senior practitioner roles in the community and private practice sectors. Specifically, in the fields of Mental Health, Addiction, Family Violence, Sexual Violence, and Grief and Bereavement services.
My intention as a Therapist and Supervisor is to provide a safe and honest environment where people can explore their feelings, experiences, learnings and areas for development; gaining a greater insight and appreciation of self, other and situation. My background and training is within humanistic and relational approaches to counselling and supervision.
I work with people to establish helpful and meaningful ways to grow individually and within their relationships. My approach can include mindfulness, somatic practices and creative work.
