Relationship Therapist and Clinical Supervisor, working with individuals, couples & families. Attention given to enhancing communication and supporting expressions of more vulnerable emotions and experiences. Special interest working with challenges related to love, desire, sex and intimacy. My interest and focus surrounds exploring issues through the lens of relationship- whether that be intimate or other.
My intention as a Therapist and Supervisor is to provide a safe and honest environment where people can explore their feelings, experiences, learnings and areas for development; gaining a greater insight and appreciation of self, other and situation. My background and training is within humanistic and relational approaches to counselling and supervision.
I work with people to establish helpful and meaningful ways to grow individually and within their relationships. My approach can include mindfulness, somatic practices and creative work. I have extensive experience working with those impacted by trauma, grief and loss, and significant life changes.
