Level One is a private practice which has been offering psychological services to the Sunshine Coast community since 2013. Our psychologists and mental health social worker (MHSW) treat a range of issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, DV and family issues. Our team at Level One Psychology work with individuals of all ages, from adults to children across two clinic locations. Dr Lisa Martin, Director of Level One Psychology and an experienced sport and performance psychologist, also offers online consultations to athletes, medical professionals, managerial staff and company directors.
Lisa specialises in working with stress and people in transition. She also work with high-achieving individuals operating in high pressure situations and environments to assist them in accessing their optimal levels.
