I work with many adults who are doing their best but feel it’s not enough. I also support those seeking deeper meaning and motivation in their lives. Many want to relax, feel at ease, and gain comfort within themselves while building resilience to navigate life’s challenges. Life can shake our sense of belonging, and we all face loss at some point. I help people reconnect with their wholeness, manage difficult experiences, and rebuild trust in themselves and others.
I offer focussed psychological counselling, CBT, ACT, art therapy and EMDR. I started in the field of Visual Arts becoming immersed in the world of symbols, metaphors and meaning-making. I embraced yoga, meditation, permaculture and art therapy 30 yrs ago. Then, 20 years ago, grief lead me into the field of Psychology, where I now continue.
I want to help people reconnect with their life, heal and thrive. I offer counselling for adjustment to change, processing of trauma, improving self-confidence, stress management and mood disorders.
