Hello there! I'm a dedicated and compassionate counsellor who believes in the transformative power of self-discovery and personal growth. My name is Leif, and I'm here to accompany you on your journey towards a happier, more fulfilling life. As a firm believer in the idea that we all have the capacity for positive change, my counselling philosophy revolves around creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Through empathy, active listening, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques, I aim to help you navigate life's challenges and unlock your inner potential.
Among the issues I have worked through with previous clients are: low self-esteem; identity challenges, including their sexuality; the pain of loss and bereavement; the stress from work, study and family demands; relationship breakdown; as well as anxiety and depression. I am also committed to working with people from all genders and all ethnic backgrounds.
