About
A relationship that thrives and gives you fulfilment will bring the kind of lasting happiness that enables you and your partner to grow and create deeper bonds. When an important relationship becomes strained or distressed, the pain you feel can challenge you to the core. I work with you in order to reveal the dynamics of your relationship - the patterns that you have built to protect the wounds that you have suffered. Together we will explore and uncover the hidden beliefs and unconscious drivers that are the triggers of your difficulties in relating to yourself or partner. We long to become present to ourselves, and connected.
Lee believes that there is absolutely nothing wrong with us, but rather we had to do to adapt to our primary environment, the wisest and best solution for us at the time. While our survival strategies worked in the past, they maybe limiting or sabotaging the way we are living today. Sensing our own mind and our experience builds insight and integration.
Lee believes that we are all born wired for safe connection and belonging, but sometimes life events and trauma disrupt this natural flow. To be listened to with respectful curiosity allows us to develop self confidence, clarity and feel empowered. A safe space supports the restoration of choice through awareness enhancing well being and long term happiness
