I support women who are wanting to shift out of survival mode so they can feel grounded, confident, and free.
I am a Trauma and Relationship Specialist and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). I am deeply passionate about helping women understand their unique nervous system and relational patterns and teaching them practical and powerful skills that make a big difference in how they feel day-to-day, and how they show up in all relationships.
You aren't broken, and you make sense. I've struggled too at times, and it's not lost on me the courage it takes to reach out for support and put yourself first. I provide an authentic, compassionate, and safe space for women to open up and be supported in reclaiming their voice, power, and body. All parts of you are welcome here.
