Feeling anxious, sad, under stress and need to talk to someone or find out how you can manage your life better? It doesn’t always have to be hard! Life can be full and rich and meaningful. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to work through the challenges and help clients move towards greater psychological flexibility, living a more values-based life than they may have been able to achieve previously.
I can help you to explore the answers you’re seeking and to find meaning in a life you may feel has none. It’s not about overcoming, or forgetting about issues and then moving on. There are other things that can be done to find a way to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. I consult on the phone and online by video.
I treat clients as experts on their own lives and offer a non-judgmental collaborative approach, enabling them to identify what they want to achieve, support them in the process, help them to build resilience and, if possible, deal effectively with any mental health issues. Please feel free to call or email me if you want any clarification.
