I am passionate about supporting people who have experienced trauma. I am a believer that trauma comes in all different shapes and sizes, and that counselling can support someone to ease the impacts of trauma and retake control of their lives. I enjoy working with people from all different stages of life to find a common ground of trust and support.
I spent several years working as a sexual assault counsellor. I am trained in EMDR, somatic processing, no bullshit therapy, and have completed an introduction to Internal Family Systems. I use these skills, alongside others in my toolbox to support people to meet their goals, whatever they may be.
I'm a counsellor from regional Victoria who is passionate about supporting people using evidenced based modalities. I understanding seeking help can be intimidating, or sometimes overwhelming and I aim to create a space where curiosity meets enthusiasm; Where people get the opportunity to have their needs met in a way that creates safety and change.
