Lauren is a warm and compassionate Clinical Psychologist who focuses on building genuine and collaborative therapeutic relationships with her clients. Lauren supports individuals experiencing a range of concerns including anxiety and stress, depression, trauma, perfectionism, eating disorders and body image concerns, difficulties in interpersonal relationships, self-esteem and identity concerns, and adjustment to illness or life transitions.
Lauren has particular interest working with women’s mental health concerns including perinatal depression, anxiety and adjustment, pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder, and challenges associated with menopause and perimenopause. She also enjoys working with LGBTQI+ individuals and those who have experienced sexuality or gender-based marginalisation.
