I am a Clinical Psychologist with 7 years of university training and 14 years working with adults and older adults whose inner worlds have become affected by uncertainty, anxiety & low mood. Many people I see are adjusting to a sudden change in their health or uncertainty regarding their future whether that be due to ill-health, burnout or reduced wellbeing. My career spans hospital and private practice settings where I developed my passion for the psychological wellbeing of older persons (65+) and persons adjusting to health conditions. My hope is that my room is a non-judgemental space to make sense of your inner world.
My style is both warm, relational and practical. Our initial sessions will prioritise determining what you want out of the appointments and which evidence-based approach would suit you best. I have over a decade of experience in medical and psychiatric settings, seeing people through life, end-of-life and bereavement.
