I offer services to both children and adults- counselling and adult Autism assessment. I have a background working in private practice, and educational and forensic settings. I provide support for a broad range of issues such as reduced self-esteem, stress, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, depression, divorce/separation, coercive control, grief, parenting, relationships, and healing from childhood relational wounds. I often work with neurodivergent clients (ie. Autism/Aspergers and ADHD). I provide support to clients under NDIS, Workcover, AFL, TAC, and Victims Assistance Program.
I like to provide therapy that's strength based, that supports the process of discovery and understanding. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and trauma informed. Therapies I draw on are CBT, ACT, EFT (individuals only), Motivational Interviewing and EMDR. I am a member of the EMDRAA.
