Laura works with a wide range of clients by supporting them to bring focus back to themselves and to make more sense of the crazy world in which we all live. Many clients are overwhelmed, anxious, stressed and unable to find a way forward in their lives. Laura gently supports them to come to their own realisations of what makes sense to them at this point in their life. Her practice involves supporting clients to reconnect to themselves and the innate wisdom they hold within. We are all born with this inner wisdom and sometimes life gets in the way of us seeing a way forward and support is needed to find our way back.
Laura is an experienced counsellor & counselling supervisor with a masters degree in counselling. Laura's philosophy is that we all have the answers we seek within, somewhere deep inside. She holds space for clients to realise that which is inherent within. Laura works mainly online with clients from all walks of life experiencing the challenges we all face.
We all need support - we are NEVER ever meant to 'do life alone'. Seeking support should be celebrated for what it is: a greater step towards self-care. Laura offers the space to be heard and understood in a non-judgemental way, perhaps for the first time in a client's life, which allows the unraveling of old momentums of behaviour.
