My focus in working with clients is to provide them with a space where they feel comfortable to open up about the issues they are experiencing. I take on a client-centred approach, meaning I will tailor treatment specific to each client's needs depending on their presentation. I am fluent in both English and Spanish.
I have experience working with anxiety and mood disorders, personality disorders, dissociative disorders, PTSD and C-PTSD, work and school stressors, and interpersonal difficulties. I use an IFS informed approach and a range of different evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EMDR, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT Skills, and Schema Therapy.
