I am passionate about making psychological assessment, diagnosis and treatment accessible, easy to understand and affordable. My areas of interest include ADHD, Autism, Borderline (BPD), trauma and attachment.
I am known for getting to the heart of issues quickly and for finding practical solutions to promote healing and growth. My goal is to help you understand why you do what you do, and empower you with the knowledge and strategies to make meaningful changes in the areas that are important to you.
I like to connect with clients on a genuine “real person” level with a flexible approach and a sense of humour. I have a unique perspective both as a neurodivergent individual and as a parent to two neurodivergent children (both now adults). It helps me to really understand - not just in a ‘textbook’ kind of way.
