I am a provisional psychologist in the final stages of completing my Master of Clinical Psychology at the Institute of Social Neuroscience. I support clients to achieve meaningful therapeutic change and symptom remission through evidence-based therapy focused on long-term recovery and psychological wellbeing.
I use a range of evidence-based therapies tailored to each client’s individual needs and guided by clinical judgement, consistent with the scientist–practitioner model. These include Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Positive Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
I work with clients across the lifespan, including young children from two years of age through to older adults. I welcome both child and adult clients.
