I am a clinical psychologist and supervisor with a collaborative and warm approach. I have 10 years of experience and specialise in support around depression, anxiety, eating and body-image related issues, women's health and LGBTQIA+ clients (including young people exploring gender identity), and also work with many adults, adolescents and some children (6+) on other common mental health and life-related issues (e.g. attachment, trauma, OCD, stress, alcohol use). I also provide supervision for emerging and established therapists, and appts in German and Finnish for clients wanting to work in their mother tongue.
I primarily work with Psychodynamic talking therapy, Emotion-focused Therapy and Schema Therapy, incorporating here and now strategies and work on mindful presence and compassion. With children I incorporate play, drawing and work with systems around a child (family/school).
