I am a Sex Therapist, a Sexuality and Relationships Educator, a Generalist Counsellor and Couples Therapist based in nipaluna/Hobart, lutruwita/Tasmania, Australia. I offer trauma-informed therapeutic, educational and consulting services, both online and face-to-face. I love supporting young people, adults, couples, parents/carers and organisations. I'm all about empowerment!

Alongside general counselling, I offer support and training in: Intimacy, pleasure, sexual pain, dysfunction, libido concerns, trauma recovery, domestic violence support, gender and sexual identity, LGBTQIA+ advocacy, neurodiversity & sexuality, disability & sexuality, ethical non-monogamy, infidelity, kink, porn addiction, resource development & training.

My aim is to provide a nurturing environment where clients can explore their inner selves, cultivate honesty, and find a safe space to express their thoughts and emotions. I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and sexologist skilled in guiding clients through the journey of self-discovery, fostering a deep understanding of themselves and their emotions
