I am a Mental Health Occupational Therapist who works with adolescents and adults and has a strong interest in supporting women, particularly during periods of identity change, role transition, and burnout (such as changes related to body image, relationships, caregiving roles, reproductive health, career shifts, or returning to work).
My approach focuses on helping people feel more balanced, supported, and connected in their everyday lives. I work in an occupational and relational way, helping clients better understand themselves, their needs, and how daily demands impact their wellbeing.
I believe in understanding sensory experiences and how it impacts emotions, energy, and relationships. When people feel regulated and supported in their bodies, they can engage fully in meaningful roles and routines. I collaborate with clients to navigate transitions, rebuild capacity, and create sustainable ways of living aligned with values.
