I am an experienced counsellor and family & relationship therapist & believe that all people matter. I consider it a privilege to work collaboratively with clients to support their desired changes, amidst the challenges they seek to overcome or move through. I have a heart for those who have experienced trauma &/or complex grief, including experience working with people affected (directly & indirectly) by alcohol & other drugs. I have a particular passion to support & challenge people to learn the art of facilitating safe, secure & emotionally available connections with each other, & offer hope that things can change.
I have experience working with people encountering a wide range of mental health and other life challenges. I offer experiential strategies & insights, when requested, & aim to open up space for clients to pause, reflect and process (cognitively, emotionally, spiritually, and/or somatically), when required.
I bring my professional training, as well as my work & life experience in how people function & relate to each other. You bring the knowledge of yourself, as well as your own experiences & training.
