I work with adult individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, or who are seeking to explore complicated life matters. People often seek my services in order to: understand themselves better; explore issues of the self (including self-acceptance and self-esteem); or stop feeling like they go out of their way to please everyone else.
I provide psychotherapy to adult individuals in a quiet space in Spring Hill. My approach is to welcome patients with curiosity, open-mindedness and professional concern.
