My approach to therapy is based on my belief that we all experience difficulties and psychological distress at different times in our life, and there are often understandable reasons for feeling this way. I will work alongside you to help you increase your awareness and understanding of your challenges and to develop meaningful ways of moving forward.
I aim to develop a therapeutic relationship with compassion, trust and effort, on both sides, and provide an environment where you feel supported to explore difficult topics and be open with your emotions. I work with adults and young people aged 16+ from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, who are facing mental health challenges of all kinds.
