Kyriaki is a clinical psychologist with experience in public and private mental health settings. Kyriaki has a gentle and compassionate approach and aims to create space for slowing down, reconnecting with one's self and establishing safety. Kyriaki places particular importance on the embodiment of experiences and the connection between mind and body. Kyriaki's approach to therapy incorporates meditation practices, paying attention and nurturing helpful and supportive lifestyle routines, practices or rituals and learning how to foster supportive and meaningful relationships.
Kyriaki has trained in a number of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and EMDR. Kyriaki's therapeutic approach is heavily influenced by her personal study of Eastern thought and philosophy. Kyriaki offers individual and group therapy sessions.
